May 2021

HB96 was heard in House Health Committee on May 11th.  The bill was immediately sent to House Rules Committee and was voted out unanimously.  The bill was immediately calendared on the floor of the House, and it passed by a vote of 111-0.  The bill was sent to the Senate, where it is assigned to the Senate Rules Committee.  We a bit more work to do on the language of the bill, but we will be pushing to have the bill heard in Senate Rules or to be sent to Senate Health Committee as soon as possible.
